However, should the need arise, returns and exchanges of merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment. Only unworn items can be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be in their original box. We cannot accept items where the label or sewn-in lining has been cut or removed (where applicable). All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.

Economy Standard Ground:

Ground shipping is FREE within the continental US. neroGiardini Loyalty members receive free shipping on all orders when logged in.  Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 4 to 6 business days from processing.We offer shipping to P.O. boxes, standard shipping only. Free standard ground shipping excludes Alaska/Hawaii.

Express:

$25.00

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Order must be placed by 12pm EST. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
